Returns Policy

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days from the delivery date, provided the item is in original condition with packaging intact.

Non-Eligible Items: Used, damaged, or customized products cannot be returned.

Ship the product back to the address provided by our support team. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days once the returned product is inspected and approved.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method. If this is not possible, store credit will be provided.

Exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged products. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
